- Recommended usage: Add 1 level scoop to 240 ml of cold water and mixed until powder is dissolved. Recommended consumption of 1 serving per day.
- Suggested Use: 3g of creatine daily for 28 days is needed to raise creatine stores in the skeletal muscle. Continue to take 3g creatine daily as long as it fits your training needs and performance goals. Simply mix 1 rounded teaspoon with water or juice in your shaker. For extra convenience, you can also add it to your pre/post-workout Optimum Nutrition protein or weight gainer shake. Creatine can be added to your whey protein shake, daily fruit juice or smoothie.

Please note items fulfilled and shipped by an Intersport Elverys approved supplier cannot be returned to an Intersport Elverys store and must be returned to the returns address provided on the delivery note enclosed in your parcel or to our Distribution Centre. This includes orders for Aqua Marina and Portwest workwear products.
